My approach to therapy is somatic and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that the body holds the story of both stress and recovery. Healing begins with awareness, breath, and the gentle tracking of the nervous system. As we notice how the body responds to life’s pressures and patterns, we begin to create the possibility of balance and trust in our own experience.
Sessions may include reflection, nervous system education, or experiential practices that help you reconnect to your body’s innate intelligence. The work is collaborative and paced to your needs, supporting a deeper sense of self-understanding and emotional steadiness. Over time, therapy can help you build resilience, restore connection, and feel more at home in your body and relationships.
I work with clients across New York and Connecticut, offering both virtual and in-person sessions. For many, online therapy offers flexibility and continuity, while in-person sessions provide a deeper sense of grounding and presence. The same integrative, trauma-informed framework supports both options.
If you are curious about what therapy might look like, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This brief call is an opportunity to ask questions, understand my approach, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You do not need to know exactly where to begin. Often, the decision to reach out marks the first step in healing—a moment when your system recognizes that change is possible.
